Tri-State Industries 435-INS (for small pipe sizes), 280-INS (for medium pipe sizes), and 437-INS (for large pipe sizes) Pre-Insulated Pipe Alignment Slide Guides are designed to ensure positive pipe alignment. This is accomplished by restricting lateral pipe movement while allowing for movement along the axis of the pipe.

When expansion devices such as pipe loops, bellows joints and slip joints are used, Slide Guides ensure proper operation of the expansion device and protect the integrity of the pipe.

A Pre-Insulated Pipe Slide Guide Assembly consists of an anchored base (either a "bolt-down" or "welded" style) with an integral slide-plate, a solid section that is attached to the pipe, and an Insulation Insert which is clamped into place on the solid section. The slide moves over the base as the pipe expands and contracts.

Each of these 435-INS, 280-INS, and 437-INS Pre-Insulated Slide Guides eliminates the need for installing pipe rollers, saddles, hangers, spider-type pipe guides or other pipe support components.
