Located in Hammond, Indiana, Tri-State Industries is an outsource specialist engaged in the manufacture and distribution of metal fabricated products. In addition Tri-State assembles and tests associated mechanical systems for our Original Equipment Manufacturers. Founded in 1981, Tri-State relocated from East Chicago, IN to Hammond, IN in 2003 into its current 70,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility. The move expanded our capabilities while improving distribution to and from Chicago, IL. From an Indiana Economic Development Zone, 30 minutes south of Chicago, Tri-State combines a Turnkey/Private Label source with competitive World Class Manufacturing techniques and a significant logistical advantage for our clients.

Product simplification, JIT, cellular manufacturing, MRD, and customer focused teams are the driving force within our small company. Tri-State has two locations in Northwest Indiana incorporating a total of 80,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing and warehousing space with only 35 employees producing 5.0 million dollars worth of product per year. Future growth and expansion will be derived by better serving our existing customers and through an aggressive sales and acquisition program. Tri-State is a financially sound, privately held company dedicated to its people and to a purpose beyond just providing jobs.
